RFQ Terms

These terms explain how quotation requests are handled before any order is confirmed.

1. RFQ is not an order

Submitting an RFQ is a request for sourcing and quotation only. It does not create a purchase commitment, reservation or supply contract.

2. Price, availability and lead time

All prices, stock indications, lead times and delivery estimates remain subject to written confirmation in the final quotation. Supplier conditions and market availability can change before order confirmation.

3. Part identification

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate part numbers, brands, specifications, quantities and application details. Photos, nameplates and technical references may be requested when identification is unclear.

4. Alternatives and equivalents

Where suitable, an alternative or equivalent product may be presented as an option. It will be identified as an alternative and should be technically accepted by the buyer before ordering.

5. Brands and trademarks

Brand names and trademarks shown on the website are used to identify sourcing requirements. They do not by themselves imply that MEKRANTA INDUSTRIAL is an authorized distributor or representative of those brands unless this is expressly stated in writing.

6. Freight, customs and taxes

Freight, customs duty, VAT, clearance, insurance and last-mile delivery are included only when specifically stated in the quotation. Delivery terms and destination must be confirmed before order placement.

7. Quotation validity

Each quotation may have its own validity period. If no validity period is shown, confirmation should be requested before placing an order.

8. Privacy

Information submitted through the RFQ process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Final commercial terms are the terms stated in the written quotation and any accepted purchase-order confirmation.
